Nou Yeng Hang said a plan before rebury the 218 bodies was to complete a road from the two villages to the cemetery for easy access to the cemetery site but only a fraction of the road have been completed.

This was a project by the National Hmong Grave Desecration Committee which dissolved after the rebury of the 218 bodies.
