SUAB HMONG NEWS (11/11/2015) — A Stone Plate Monument and a Tree planted at National Arlington Cemetery in Washington D.C. on May 15, 1997 to remember Hmong and Lao Combat Veterans and their American Advisors who served freedom’s cause in Southeast Asia.
