SUAB HMONG NEWS (06/28/2018) – The 2018 Hmong International Freedom Festival or best known as Hmong J4 will be held at McMurray field at Como Park in St. Paul, Minnesota from June 30 to July 1, 2018.

“There are 51 soccer teams, 40 flag football teams, about 20 tuj lub teams, about 27 Volleyball teams, and Miss Hmong Pageants will be competed at the festival. Special guests from State and City officials as well as from other states will be part of the open ceremony and will be giving their speech to the spectators” said Kou Yang, one of the committee of the 2018 Hmong International Freedom Festival.
Mai Neng Pha, PR for the 2018 Hmong International Freedom Festival, said Family Village and Music Avenue are the two new addition at the festival. Family Village is an area for business such as Lawyers and Doctors. “Everyone can have their health check at this area” said Mai Neng Pha. Music Avenue is an area for Live entertainment and music.
Mai Neng Pha continues said the general admission is $7.00 per person. Free admission for children under 42 inches and senior 65 and older. The door will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. for both days. Parking fee is $5.00 per car at the Parking. Shuttle buses from the parking to the festival will be available from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. for both days. Water and animal are not allowed to bring into the festival.
