SUAB HMONG NEWS (10/06/2017) – Barbara Stachowski is now a daughter of a Hmong family.  She lives in Michigan and she involved many projects helping the Hmong community.

Barbara Stachowski said she suffered from nightmare for 50 years due to her twin brother passed away while both of them were 15 months. “Neng Shao (Neej Saub Xyooj) heard about my bad dreams and asked if he could do a blessing and so he did a blessing and as of that day, 2008 that was… all my nightmares ended so I owed a lot to NengShao for that special blessing.

Barbara Stachowski then became a daughter of NengShao Xiong after a Hmong shaman ceremony performed to accept her as a daughter to the NengShao Xiong family.
