SUAB HMONG ENTERTAINMENT (06/05/2017) – Victor M. Vaj, News Correspondent for Suab Hmong News, interviewed members of “DEEG”, a Hmong Heavy Metal music band during the 2017 Hmong Music Festival in Fresno, CA.

The word “DEEG” means in English “SHAKING”.  The band “DEEG” is a Hmong heavy metal music band formed in 1986.

“The reason we play different music style because our original band team were from the era of Heavy Metal” said Yeng Her, the lead of the DEEG band.

Members in the DEEG band now included Yeng Her (main vocalist and lead guitar), Vang Her (Bass), Charles Yang (Drumer), and Charles (main lead quitar).

DEEG is working on their current album and scheduled to complete during 2018.  DEEG also planned to do a concert tour in the United States and other countries in the future.

DEEG performed at the 2017 Hmong Music Festival in Fresno, CA.
