Hmong Service Center’s scholarship program is currently for Hmong students in Wisconsin only.   “Our plan is to expand the scholarship program to include students in high school, college, and university” said Mee Yang.

The money put into the Hmong Service Center’s scholarship award program are from the two events (Hmong National Memorial Day Festival and Hmong National Labor Day Festival) held annually at the Winnebago County Park in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

“We will announce sometimes later in 2018 whether we will have enough fund for the 2019 scholarship award” said Mee Yang.
