Hmong Village Doi Pui near ChiangMai, Thailand


SUAB HMONG TRAVEL (01/14/2017) – Hmong Village Doi Pui is about 10 miles from the City of Chiang Mai, Thailand.  It is a tourist Hmong Village filled with variety of shops selling Hmong clothes and other type Hmong items.

The village is more modern than most Hmong villages in Thailand. There are gardens and water falls filled with scenery for taking photos and video.

“I go to the village every time I am in Chiang Mai… it is a place for me to hang out about almost a day for taking photos and videos and walk through Hmong shops” said Richard Wanglue Vang, Executive Producer for Suab Hmong News.

The village is at about 5,528 feet above sea level and about 3 miles from the most popular tourist site Wat Phra That Doi Suthep.

To go to the village, you will need to rent a red taxi from the City of Chiang Mai for a whole day cost about 600.00 to 1,000 baht in Thai (equivalence to around $16.00 to $28.00 United States Dollars).
