Milwaukee, WI --- Addition to the new rule and regulation for the 2011-12 Miss Hmong International Pageant competition, there are new rule and regulation for the Singing competition as well. To qualify to compete in the 2011-12 singing competition at the Hmong International New Year in Fresno, California, you must be already a singer and owned at least a released album or you will go through an audition process to qualify to compete.
Part of the grand prize for the winner will be a free paid package to record an album.
