Eight Miss Hmong Wisconsin contestants will be competed for the title of the 2013-14 Miss Hmong Wisconsin at the 2013-14 Milwaukee Hmong New Year Celebration will be held on December 14 through 15, 2013 at Wisconsin Expose Center.
