This year is our second year to put plates on the ground to remember the Hmong Veterans” said NaoShoua Xiong, President of Lao Veterans of Wisconsin.

It costs $435.00 per plate to create a plate to put on the ground at Highground.
“You must be a Veterans to qualify to buy a plate to put on the ground to represent you or your love one” said Naoshoua Xiong.
