SUAB HMONG NEWS – The biggest Hmong festival in Wisconsin, Hmong Wisconsin Labor Day Sports and Music Festival, will be held on September 5 & 6, 2015 at Brown County Fairgrounds in De Pere (near Green Bay), Wisconsin. It is also one of the biggest Hmong events in the United States.

All the soccer players must have special Hmong Wisconsin Labor Day Sports Identification and must sign on the team roster in order to play with his team at the 2015 Hmong Wisconsin Labor Day Sports and Music Festival. “All Soccer players who will be participated in the Soccer Tournament must have their Special Identification with them. Each team will be responsible to make the special ID for their team members… The Special ID should make before come to the event or we will have someone to make the Special ID but it will costs $5.00 per person and it may delay playing time…” said Kor Xiong.
Admission fee will be $14.00 per car or $4.00 per person for walking. “Everyone will have to pay for the admission fee (this included people older than 65, Veterans, and children under one year old) except small children who still need to be carried by his/her parent will go free. It does not matter if you have 1 or 10 people in a car, the fee will be $14.00 per car or you could park outside and walk in and the admission fee will be $4.00 per person” said Kor Xiong.
Any Hmong Media interested to cover the event must contact Kor Xiong (920-257-8300) and Media Pass will be provided to allow to enter into the event. “We will create Media Pass for all the Media who are interested to cover inside the event. The Media pass will be good for both events, the Asian Memorial Festival and the Hmong Wisconsin Labor Day Sports and Music Festival” said Kor Xiong.
