St. Paul man, his father held in alleged I-94 marijuana haul

A St. Paul man and his father have been charged after a police dog allegedly sniffed out 120 pounds of marijuana in a vehicle stopped on Interstate 94 near Alexandria, Minn.

Kou Lor, 28, of St. Paul, and his father, Franck Lor, 56, of Brooklyn Park, were charged Monday with felony controlled substance crimes for possession of more than 50 kilograms of marijuana. Kou Lor was also charged with driving with a revoked license.
