SUAB HMONG NEWS (07/14/2020) – Suab Hmong News is one of the 17 selected News Outlet out of the 50 selected News Outlet in the Immigrant communities in the United States and recognized by the Center for Community Media released on June 30th, 2020.

As many of you may already know, Suab Hmong News has been producing actual firsthand news from the Hmong community in the United States and International countries since May 11, 2000.

“I think I can say now that we are the only Hmong News Outlet in the Hmong community in the world that is producing original newscast by Hmong and owned by Hmong that has been on the road for a very long time” said Richard Wanglue Vang, Founder and Executive Producer for Suab Hmong News.

Richard Wanglue Vang continues said “I am glad that Suab Hmong team is able to use our own times, energies, and money to travel to many places in the United States and abroad to cover and produce actual first hand news to share with Hmong individuals around the world.  As I traveled to Thailand and Laos, I met many Suab Hmong fans out there and I am glad that our goal and vision to share news and events reached what we expected.  What we do are impacting many Hmong lives globally in all generations to courage them to continue higher educations and to continue positively with their life journey.  I would like to take this opportunity to thanks my Suab Hmong News team for their dedication and hard works to share the same dream as mine for the last 20 years together and I hope we could stay on the road for many more years to come: Victor M.
