SUAB HMONG NEWS (08/30/2016) – United States National Defense Force Support Command (USNDFSC) held its leadership and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) training in St. Paul, Minnesota on August 27, 2016.

Richard Vang (Tswv Choj Vaj), Commanding General for USNDFSC, said USNDFSC is different from other Hmong Veterans organization.
“Other Hmong Veterans organizations such as Lao Veterans and so forth… focus on the past and USNDFSC is about veterans who volunteer their times in America to rescue American Citizens when disasters occurred and provide Color Guard, Honor Guard, and Final Honor Services to Veterans…” said Richard (Tswv Choj) Vang.
Foung Hawj, Senator of Minnesota State, was the keynote speaker and he presented a resolution plate as well recognition certificates to the Veterans and individual volunteer for the USNDFSC.
United States National Defense Force Support Command (USNDFSC) is a civil military governmental not for profit 501(C)3 organization established under president Ronal Reagan’s National Security Decision Directive Number 259, pursuant to title 32 USC 109 in Washington D.C. in 1986.  Its mission is to (1) rescue and save the American’s lives from any mother nature disastrous situations such as flood, hurricane, and fire, and (2) provide Color Guard, Honor Guard, and Final Honor Services to our veterans who have bravery fought to defend for the United States with their honor and dignity, and (3) protect the United States from any terrorist threats.
