Wameng Yang, New President for the Hmong 18 Clan Council

By Richard Wanglue.  Milwaukee — Wameng Yang won the Hmong community historical Election on November 6, 2010 to lead the Hmong 18 Clan Council in Wisconsin in to the next four years.

Wameng Yang received total official 535 votes to defeat his components, SiBlong Vang and Youa Xiong.
