Hmong movie “Journey to the fallen skies” won best feature MN Made Award at the 2012 Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Film Festival.

The movie is about Leng (Wa Yang), an ailing Hmong-American man, embarks on a journey to Laos to visit his father’s grave site for the first time. There, he forms an unexpected bond with a mysterious man, Joua Pao, who helps him understand the true meaning of his journey.
