Tuj Lub field is ready for the Hmong community in St. Paul, Minnesota

SUAB HMONG NEWS (10/06/2016) – The first TUJ LUB field open officially to the Hmong community on October 4, 2016 in St. Paul, Minnesota at the corner of Case Avenue and Duluth Street.

“If you see this on TV, I invited all of you to come and play Tuj Lub with us” said Chue Yang, the founder of the Tuj Lub in Minnesota.

Chue Yang continues said that he will have trainers at the Tuj Luj field to teach those that wanted to learn how to play Tuj Lub.

Chris Coleman, Mayor of City of St. Paul, said he’s every excited to have the second Tuj Lub field in the United States in the East side of St. Paul.

“We are very excited to have the first Tuj Lub court in Minnesota and the only second one in the United Sates opens up here on the east side city of St. Paul.  It is a long time coming but it was a commitment that we made several years ago to the Hmong community to get the Tuj Lub court here” said Chris Coleman, Mayor City of St. Paul.

Senator Foung Hawj said this Tuj Lub field is the small one and the big Tuj Lub field is scheduled to be opening on June 10, 2017 at Maplewood, Minnesota.

“We will open the big Tuj Luj field in Maplewood next year on June 10, 2016 and we will have tournament for everyone in the United States and elsewhere to compete” said Senator Foung Hawj.

Chao Vue said the word “Tuj Lub” now is well known word on the Northern part of the country.
