The theme of the 2014 Valentine’s Day event held by the Hmong Christian community in Kansas City, Kansas on February 15, 2014 was title “Kev Hlub Hauv Nkaub Siab”.

The event focused on enhancing love relationship between marriage couples by keynote speaker Dr. Chang Nhia Kue from the Hmong Christian Community in North Carolina.

“Love cannot wait to give… Lust cannot wait to get” said Dr. Chang Nhia Kue during his speech.

Pa Xa Xiong, Chair of the event, said that the purpose of the event was to enhance love relationship between marriage couples.  “Our Christian, most of the times, after we married, most of the marriage couple lack of love… so such event like this is to bring that love back to the marriage couple…” said Pa Xa Xiong.
